Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Chaputovich blames Moscow for violating the Russia-NATO act.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the deployment of a US military division in Poland would be a direct violation of the Russia-NATO Founding Act, the Russian Federation would monitor this process.
