In Japan, a restaurant appeared in which two weeks served dishes that prisoners sentenced to execution chose for the last meal. About it reports the New York Post.

A restaurant called “Ningen”, which translates as “Human Restaurant,” opened in the “red light district”.

Among the positions presented in the menu, three versions of the meal were especially popular. The first set — a hamburger, hard-boiled eggs, baked potatoes and three whiskey shots — was picked and eaten before execution by Gary Mark Gilmore, the murderer and robber who was executed in the USA after the 1967 death penalty moratorium was lifted.

The visitors also liked the “black widow” Judas Buenoano, who poisoned her husband and lover, drowned a 19-year-old disabled son in the river and tried to kill another man. She tasted asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and strawberries before being electrocuted.

The dinner consisting of a bucket of wings from KFC, french fries, 450 grams of strawberries and fried shrimps was also popular. This last meal was chosen for himself by the maniac John Wayne Gacy (John Wayne Gacy), known as the "clown killer."

The restaurant worked for two weeks and was part of the installation of the art group Chim ↑ Pom. Visitors places have positive feedback about his work.
