As telling ukrinform.net,
Ukraine accumulated 17.1 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas in underground gas storage facilities, which is the highest volume for the last four years, according to PJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
"Last season, there were 16.8 bcm of gas in storage on that date, which is 2% less than in the current season. At the same time, the balance was 7.4 bcm at the end of the heating season 2017-2018,” reads the report.
The company stressed that Ukraine has enough natural gas volumes in the underground storage facilities to go through the heating period 2018-2019.
