The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) has said in a January 15 report that heavy weapons of Russian-controlled armed forces in Donbas are located beyond the withdrawal lines but outside designated storage sites.
In particular, 21 tanks of Russian occupying troops were spotted near Ternove (57 kilometers east of Donetsk), the press service of the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation reported, referring to the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC).

"Heavy weapons of the armed forces of the Russian Federation are located beyond the withdrawal lines but outside designated storage sites. On January 13, an SMM UAV recorded 21 tanks (13 T-72s and eight T-64s) of Russian occupying troops near Ternove, east of Donetsk," the press service said.

The Ukrainian side of the JCCC noted that such actions by the occupation administration and armed forces of the Russian Federation once again show their firm reluctance to implement the Minsk agreements and their interest in further escalation of the conflict, the report said.
