President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed Defense Minister Andriy Zahorodniuk to approve a defense plan and a set of relevant measures to ensure Ukraine's security against aggression.
He stated this during a meeting with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada and law enforcement agencies, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“Our priority is a powerful combatant army. To suggest Defense Minister Andriy Zahorodniuk to submit amendments to the legislation necessary to build a strong army, as well as to develop and approve a defense plan, a set of measures to ensure the security of the country against aggression,” the president said.
