President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed two deputy heads of the State Border Guard Service.
The relevant decrees to that effect have been posted on the president’s website.

In particular, the president signed decree No. 673/2019 as of September 9, 2019 to appoint Volodymyr Nikiforenko as First Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Also, under decree No.674/2019 as of September 9, 2019, the president appointed Vadym Chenchyk as Deputy Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine

As Ukrinform reported, Serhii Deineko became Head of the State Border Guard Service on June 13.
