President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Serhiy Haiday as head of Luhansk Regional State Administration, according to a decree posted on the website of the head of state.
Haiday's predecessor was Vitaliy Komarnytsky, whom Zelensky appointed to the post of Luhansk regional governor on July 5.
