
























Ukraine is grateful to Germany for financial support but also hopes to receive military assistance.
“We are very grateful for Germany’s financial support and the political commitment of the Federal Government. Unfortunately, our request for military assistance was turned down. I hope that Berlin will reconsider this reserved stance and approve a decision to strengthen Ukraine's defense capability,” Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko said in an interview with RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland (RND).
Ukraine is now fighting for survival, Prystaiko emphasized, noting that Germany and the EU, on the whole, have done much for Ukraine, "but not enough to stop the deaths."
