Ukraine's representative in the Trilateral Contact Group, Leonid Kuchma, and former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine John Herbst have discussed the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
Kuchma's press secretary, Darka Olifer, wrote this on her Facebook page on February 13.

"Today [on February 13], in Kyiv, Leonid Kuchma met with John Herbst, Director of the Eurasia Center at the U.S. Atlantic Council, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine (2003-2006). They discussed a wide range of bilateral Ukrainian-U.S. relations and the progress of the Minsk process," Olifer wrote.

She said that Kuchma thanked the United States for the systematic support of Ukraine, its territorial integrity and sovereignty. Herbst, in turn, noted that the United States would continue to support Ukraine.
