The Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications of Romania has handed over 8,000 forms of additional permits for Ukrainian road carriers for 2020, which will soon be available at the points of permit issuance.
"Out of 8,000 permits, Ukrainian carriers will receive 3,000 permits for bilateral and transit traffic and 5,000 permits for transit traffic," Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Vladyslav Kryklii said, according to the Government portal.

According to the minister, the permits were delivered from Bucharest to Kyiv in an extremely short time.

Also, as of July 28, 4,711 additional permits of the Republic of Poland were delivered to the Ukrainian Embassy in Warsaw, which will soon be in Ukraine. They included 2,817 Euro-3 universal permits, 452 Euro-4 universal permits, and 1,442 Euro-5 universal permits.

Kryklii noted that the liberalization of international road freight traffic and the provision of Ukrainian carriers with a sufficient number of permits are a priority of the ministry.
