Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan really discussed—in a telephone conversation—the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by the Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, Gazeta reported.
Earlier, CNN Turk reported that Erdogan had proposed to Putin to set up a joint working group on Karabakh.
"On Saturday, we had informed about the issues raised during a telephone conversation between Presidents Putin and Erdogan; I have nothing to add to that post. The issue of Karabakh was really touched upon," said Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman.
